Rain, at times heavy, is expected Saturday night into Sunday. With a risk of thunderstorms, local rainfall amounts in excess of 40 mm are possible over some areas.
Localized flooding in low-lying areas and water pooling on roads are possible.

Canadian universities were stacked against their global counterparts for a top university study, and the landed in the top 25.
QS Quacquarelli Symonds released its 15th edition of the , looking at 1,700 universities across 100 countries.
“With growing funding challenges in mature higher education systems, supporting the sector is critical to driving innovation and societal progress,” QS senior vice-president Ben Sowter . “Our largest-ever subject rankings reveal emerging markets — particularly in Asia and the Middle East — are rising, as financial pressures mount on universities in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada.”

The survey examined 55 individual subjects across five broad subject areas, including arts, life sciences, engineering, social sciences and natural sciences.
