Another great weekend for live music is almost here. If you’re hoping to make some plans, look no further. Guelph’s thriving music scene offers lots of choices for folks who are looking for fun shows. There are many free gigs for venue patrons and ticketed events as well. Friday, Jan. 10
Manhattan’s Music Club has Stan Chang bringing his piano skills and unique mix of styles for their dinner crowd at starting at 7 p.m. He will even have a guest drummer for the show. It’s best to call ahead and reserve a table at 519-767-2440.
The Fixed Gear Canteen at Fixed Gear Brewing will have Janice and Steve also starting at 7 p.m. at The local duo will showcase their comforting melodies for customers to unwind and enjoy the moment.
Brother’s Brewing is ready for Royal City Rhythm and Steezy Wonderful starting at 8 p.m. Tickets are $13 for this 19+ show at
Which Craft is presenting Lindsay and the Ruminators at 9:30 p.m. at The band features everything from classic rock to modern chart toppers in their sets and are sure to be a lot of fun.
Jimmy Jazz has Isaak Bonk and Braden Mahon playing live at at 10 p.m. It’s a free show for the bar crowd, 19+.
Saturday, Jan. 11
Brothers Brewing Company presents Claire & Brandon as part of its Saturday Matinee Series. You can check out local acts every Saturday at at 2 p.m.
The Red Chevron Club will have Play it Forward Band starting at 2 p.m. at featuring vocalist Cindy Brown.
NV Kitchen + Bar and Downtown º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½are presenting Scott Wicken with Les Armstrong at starting at 2 p.m. The series of shows called Music Weekends features afternoon performances in different venues downtown on Saturdays and Sundays from January to March.
