McDonald’s Canada tests new McVeggie burger in select Ontario markets for a limited time

McVeggie is being tested at select locations. The sandwich will also be available in a spicy version, topped with a creamy, spicy Habanero sauce.

An all-new McDonald’s vegetarian burger is being tested in select Ontario markets for a limited time starting today. 

The ‘McVeggie’ will be available to try in Brampton and Windsor from March 18 to April 14, with the intention of gathering guest feedback before a potential national launch.

The McVeggie features a breaded veggie patty made up of a blend of vegetables that include carrots, green beans, zucchini, peas, soybeans, broccoli and corn, and is topped with shredded lettuce and mayo-style sauce on a toasted sesame bun.
